A friend loaned me the book. It is almost impossible to find. I hear they sell it for $50 a copy in some places.

Before moving to Seattle, I homeroasted Vivace Dolce all the time. It is the most forgiving blend when it comes to home roasting.

How did you come across this book? ;-)
I think I as well may have to buy this from Amazon. My brother surely has it since he is quite the Espresso Vivace frequent flyer. He likes using their green bean blend for his home roasting.

Now all you need is your own iRoast home roaster and you'll be all set!
