Not a Certified Trainer or Nutritionist

Back in November, I posted Not a Certified Finanical Planner, where I gave a disclaimer that I am just a hobbyist in finance.  Even though it is less important, I felt I should state that I am also not a certified trainer or nutritionist.  Just like finance, I am a hobbyist.

I have no degrees or certifications in either fitness or nutrition.  I read a lot on both topics and test and implement what I’ve learned.  I’m always questioning and tweaking.  Any generic tips I give on this blog are geared towards the healthy individual.

A year ago, I posted My Last Piece of Fitness or Nutritional Advice.  Well that turned out not to be true.  I guess I just can’t shut up about fitness and nutrition.  These three topics have one thing in common:  society has a whole has surrendered common sense to these experts and the results have been disappointing.

The best thing one can do for their physical and financial health is to take personal responsibility.  That is all.
