Survived Food Poisoning

I think it was food poisoning.

Sunday night was the most gut wrenching experience I’ve had since the 10th grade.  It was ugly.  I felt like I was going to die.

Recently, I started buying real cheap produce in the International District (aka Chinatown).  Not Uwajimaya.  I’ve been going to places on the other side of the freeway.  It seems I am the only cracker that shops in these grocery stores.  Most of the produce is very good.  I just need to be more diligent on picking just the best stuff and then using it right away.

There is a chance it could have been a stomach flu, but I got no fever and nobody else I know was affected.

Monday I was so exhausted I just laid around and slept.  I think I am OK now.

Scary! Frustrating that it’s difficult in such situations to pinpoint causes more closely.

    Glad you’re still around!

I’ve had food poisoning. In Mexico. Bad. or should I say “muy mal”…. I don’t wish it on anyone.

In Mexico you got an even chance of being poisoned or robbed. I enjoyed being robbed more. :)
